How to Order on our site…
(1) Place orders using our shopping cart by clicking on the items you wish to purchase.
The items will be added to your shopping cart, when finished shopping go to view cart and checkout and follow the instructions provided.

(3) We accept Money Orders and Personal Checks. If paying by personal check, we will hold your order until your check has cleared.
Please make Money Orders or Personal Checks payable to The Sewing Basket, which is the parent company of Doggone Cute. For all food items please make payable to MerJo.
Return and Refund Policy…
Please read and follow this procedure:
- You must return the item within 15 days of purchase in original condition. Please call us before returning an item for an RMA [return merchandise authorization] number. An item will not be accepted for return without this number.
- Any item that has been personalized cannot be returned.Please order correct size and color.
- Include a note stating the reason for return and a copy of your invoice. Please include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless we shipped an incorrect item.
- Items may be exchanged for incorrect size, but must be made within 15 days. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges unless we shipped an incorrect size.
- All items returned for credit or exchange from the Doggone Cute site must be clean and free of animal residue.
- Please do not return food items, however please contact us immediately if you have a problem with any of our Jams, Jellies or Dip Mixes.
Credit will be given for the price of the merchandise minus shipping charge providing the merchandise is returned in the same condition as when it was sent.
